With sorrow and regret, I am putting my LA2000's for sale.  I have owned many Denons in the past and these are one of the most beautiful pair I've owned so far.  As everyone knows, the Denon line was discontinued so there will be fewer and fewer of these for sale in the coming future.

The headphones come with Lawton Audio's Silky Oak cups which are absolutely beautiful.  It looks great in the pictures but you really have to see it in person to understand how the light reflects off of the cups.  There is a certain depth to them that pictures just cannot capture.  The cups are MarkL dampened so the bass is much tighter than the stock form.  Also included is a pair of J$ v2 pads which definitely add to both the sound and aesthetics.  The v2 pads are my favorite iteration of the j$'s because they are so thick and robust.  They really make the Denon look like the luxurious headphone it truly is.

These headphones are used so they aren't perfect but they are in still in great condition.  I really hope these go to someone that will take care of them and will truly enjoy them.  The only reason I'm selling is because I barely ever use my headphones anymore and I could use the money elsewhere.  I'll probably downgrade to a stock D2000 but it'll be really hard to after listening to these.  These sound so much better than a stock D2000 or a D5000.  I'd even go and say that they rival or even exceed the D7000 that costs $700+.

The price includes packaging, shipping, and full insurance shipped via UPS Ground.  I take absolute pride in my packaging and you can check my feedback on here if you need references.

The price is near firm but I'm willing to go a little bit less if you want the stock pads instead of the J$'s.

Thanks for looking,

-Cedric

Any chances you'd sell the J$ pads alone?

Not unless someone bought the headphones without it.  Your best bet is to buy the headphones and resell them with the stock pads.  I'm actually pretty sure you can get that done very quickly too.

J$ pads are pretty hard to come across now days especially since he stopped making them.  They are definitely an upgrade to the stock pads though.
