I'm pretty sure that is something that has to be installed by Larry though I could be wrong. If you mean you want new pads for you already c=pad modded grado, then your looking for beyer 880 pads

There are two types of C-Pads, one that snaps on gently, and one that sticks on via sticky-tac. They go on just like any other Grado pad, quite easily.

Given the huge number of people currently with WTBs on grado cpads, and the rarity in which they show up, I made the choice to order mine from larry directly (http://www.headphile.com). I'd recommend others follow similar paths, given the current situation.
