Hello all --
Haven't poked my head around head-fi in a while but glad to see we are all still fighting the good fight.
I am now working out of the home and so can crank my tunes at will. Looking for a pair of small active monitors (5"-6" woofers, let's say) for around $400/pair. I live in the absolute boonies now so no chance of me testing things out at the local hi-fi shop. If you're willing to let me test, great. If not, then I'll just take my chances at recouping my cost.
I've heard good things about Emotiva, KRK, Genelec, and Swan (and others) in this size/price bracket. Not looking to replace my system in the living room, but would be nice to be able to lean back without the cord on my RE-252s stopping me.
I haven't bought/sold under the new feedback system, but I'm 2/2 here on good transactions. Thanks very much.
