If I remember correctly, that thing was offered several times on ebay.de but never sold. I also believe that it was considerably cheaper the last time I saw it. Maybe someone thinks that tube lovers in the states are more eager to spend their hard earned money.

Yeah, I'm confused as to why the OP even posted it here. A $7500+ headphone amp that nobody here has heard would have been interesting/worthy of the question the OP is asking, but this just looks like yet another $7500+ speaker amplifier (so I don't see what the big deal is).

How good something is varies from person to person. Some people will say it's worth every penny, others will say it's not (there isn't a direct, linear relationship between price and performance).
