Would this setup benefit from a soundcard upgrade?

I'm really torn between whether or not to upgrade my current soundcard so I thought that I would ask you guys/girls for any suggestions.

Here is my current setup:

Audio Source: Chaintech AV-710
Headphones: Grado SR60, AudioTechnica A500, Shure E2c
Headphone Amp: Presonus HP4
Speakers: Swams M200
Music Source: 90% MP3 (80% @ 192, 20% @320), 10% CD

Based on upgrading the soundcard alone would I see any substantial increase in sound quality? I'm willing to purchase anything from a 0404, AP192 or even up to a 1212m if the cost would be justified.

Better soundcard will give you more details, better bass and wider soundstage even in MP3 format.
I prefer AP192 to 0404 especially for your set of cans.
