Would this be a nice setup?

I need advice on a portable headphone amp. I think iBasso looks decent. And this is what i thought of. First of all i'd use the ipod line out then the flat cable that they have(iBasso CB01, I'm sure there are better cables around but i dont want too much shipping). Then i need advice on the amp. I dont know which one would go well with my set. I have the Sennheiser PXC 450, mostly i use them without the NC if that makes a difference.

And i was allso wondering if you get any better sound from buying that Line Out for the iPod instead of just using a 3,5 to 3,5mm. I have an iPod Touch BTW
