Would these work?

I was told that these amps could power both speakers and headphones:

Would they be able to power cans such as the HD650, and if so, would it be effective/comparable to other headphone-specific amps? I currently have the possibility of obtaining a good pair of speakers, and am wondering if there was an amp that could effectively power both speakers and cans at high quality.

i dont see any headphone jacks, unless your thinking of putting loudspeakers on a stick, and hey, im down for that too.
