my 3 yr old ipod's scroll wheel is kinda messin up( it okay i hate itunes anyway)while i havent really used my zune that i bought during the office max sale(180usd) because of the complicated zune software. dont get me wrong i know how to use them but just dont want to do the hassle. i need a decent player that can be plugged in as usb mass storage device---drag and drop

im also eyeing the clix two but the sd card expansion of cowon is just great........not to mention it'sw advertised battery life and good sq accompanied by 5 band eq . should i getthe d2 or there is something beter out there

so is it worth it it only 10usd away from a refurbished 30g ipod video,,,,,that i can rockbox to use the drag and drop

thnks in advance

What about the Cowon Q5? Although I'm not sure if it's out yet.

I mean the Q5 owns the D2 because the Q5 has enough space for FLAC usage.

BTW rockbox lets you drag and drop? The only reason I don't have an ipod is itunes.

the battery on the rockbox ipod is really low, but it's still a few hours, if you can deal with that.

otherwise, the D2 is a great player. Especially considering it'll take and 8gb SDHC card too. I bought and traded one away, but I'm probably going to end up buying another one with a nice SDHC card. I really liked it and www.iAudiophile.net is a great resource too.
