A bit pathetic , when he repeats that the headband of v-moda 80 will smell if you use them for work out ( but why use something so expensive for that, that's silly). I imagine his review for the hd800.... (the cable is too long, I can't use  them for work out etc ...).
But what I find the more intriguing is that he found the soul sl150 with ear piercing treble, and still deducting that the sl150 sounds better. I think the reviewer got a bias toward the sl150.
I'm not sure what he meant by the vmoda "sounds flat", dull or just neutral ? And then deducing that the v-moda 80 are not "fine tuned", because the ear piercing treble of sl150 is probably something better

. Or perhaps it's the volume difference between v-moda 80 , and sl150; we instinctively  tends to  think that louder is better (hence loudness war).

I can see other weird reviews done by kiddies on youtube, not sure it's worth it.

CNET's review of the HD 25 is definitely far away from what I would expect from a, let's say, "respectable" site: http://reviews.cnet.co.uk/headphones/sennheiser-hd-25-1-ii-adidas-originals-review-50002999/

The final part of the conclusion almost gave me cancer:

Conclusion

The Sennheiser HD 25-1-II Adidas Originals headphones offer great sound quality, but are heinous in every other respect. As such, we can't recommend them. If you can stretch to an extra £50, you'll be able to afford the shockingly beautiful and well-crafted Bowers & Wilkins P5sIf you can't afford those, check out the bass-heavy Monster Beats by Dr Dre Solos instead. They're available for around £150.
