Also because it sounds like it's just been your worst experience with a headphone, rather than the worst you've ever heard, which is the point of this thread.

Ive heard K701s, LCD2/3, senn 650, IE8s, TH900, Ultrasones, B&W P5, HD800

I rated them worse than my son's Beats - there that should "excite" the animals up

Maybe I had a dud pair.. No matter.... Like I said IMO

Some cheap-ass €2-ish earbuds from a general store or something
I was about 16-17 and I didn't know ANYTHING about sound and was listening to some other crappy buds I got with some other crappy purchase before, which broke.
 
But those things, WOW, I really didn't know **** about sound at the time and thought iBuds sounded fine, but I didn't listen to those things for more than 30 seconds. Basically described as an utter absence of sub-bass,bass and midrange and EXTREMELY harsh high midrange and lower treble. I couldn't even hear a few instruments in a certain song which weren't even down deep in the mix or anything. I just don't have any words for those things...

The worst pair of headphones I've ever heard was the pair I received for free while flying United Airlines from New York to London. 
 
I could hear the diaphragms warping while watching Tangled...
 
I was watching a kids movie for God's sake.

Hoodiebuddie built in earbuds...just no. Not as bad as iBuds and some generic Coby (extra bass or something) headphones, but still really not my favorite.
 
But I like the sweater designs, so screw me.
