Workout/Everyday In-Ear + Microphone

So I'd love some ideas from you all. Here is the criteria:
 
In-ear (Comply compatible would be nice)
Microphone (audio controls a big plus)
Under $110
 
And added plus would be durability and the ability to be washed/get wet (not at all a requirement).
 
So head-fi, what are your thoughts?

Haven't actually worked out in mine, but Polk Nue Era.  Best in-ear I've ever used.  $100, but I believe you can find them cheaper on Amazon.
