Hello. I am currently in the process of recabling a Grado SR80i and transplanting the drivers into a beautiful set of mahogany cups. However, I have had a sudden doubt... is it worth transplanting a set of SR80i drivers into mahogany cups? Would it be worth my while to find a set of a SR225 or above drivers and use them instead? I am tight for money just now, so that is another factor. Any input would be appreciated.
