Dollar for dollar the Peak sounded better to me with HD800 and is much smaller. Now the Woo can also run speakers and has other tricks up its sleeves but it just didn't do it for me. It sounded good for sure, but I prefer the Peak with HD800. I listened to both in the same room so ambient noise was roughly equal. I will say it is probably close enough that either will be perfectly fine if you are unable to audition them.
