I need some in/on ears for cycling, running and gym that would work with glasses and helmet. I want open so i can hear surroundings, smth like this https://www.bose.com/en_us/products/headphones/earphones/soundsport-wireless.html (some revies complain about wind noise here) any good options ?

i listen mostly metal so they should be able to handle faster music, but comfort, durability, lack of wind noise and staying in/on ears in this case is more important than sound quality, as long as its decent

budget is up to some 150 but would prefer to go under 100

Check out the Trekz Titanium Bone conducting headphones. I use them for work and sports and they're amazing. The wind doesn't block anything out because the music is literally coming from inside your head
