Wireless codecs ?!?!?!

I bought a FiiO M9, i love it! But I realized my lack of knowledge about something, when I was playing with settings and specifically with the wireless playback quality I had this list of options:
LDAC - sound quality first
LDAC - standard
LDAC - connection first
aptx - HD
aptx
sbc
I assume that this goes from best (but maybe laggy?) quality to worst one. But I'm totally ignorant about them so I don't know.
As I care just about music quality I would pick the top one but at the moment it's still set on LDAC - Connction first

any help please?

LDAC (Connection priority mode) 330
LDAC (Normal mode) 660
LDAC (Quality priority mode) 990
LHCD 900

Next question of course is "what is supported by your bluetooth headphone"

So it is APT-X for you as your headphone won't support any higher bitrate
