Hey iFi! Thank you chiming in and also for letting me know that you also have a product that solves the same issue.

I thought the issue had to do with USB because the noise went away completely once I unplugged the USB cable from my DAC (the other end goes to my PC) that's why I tried various USB filters. I was really surprised the RCA isolator was able to fix the noise.

You had a ground loop in-between your components somewhere it seems. Of iFi products you listed, none would address it, and iDefender3.0 breaks ground loops on USB lines specifically. Of our range Groundhod is the one that would most likely do it for you, but it's good to know that you were able to solve the problem and now can enjoy clean background :)

Sure, my pleasure. I'm here to help whenever I'm needed or some extra info about our products is needed.

We have this internal saying that ground loops travel in mysterious ways :)

Hi,
I'm interested in this amp but for my speakers. I was wondering if you have tested it with speakers?

Sorry I haven't tried this amp with speakers. I wish I could but I simply have no space for speakers in my tiny home office. There are a handful of reviews online that give high praises for using speakers with this amp though. Might be worth checking out.

I'm told this is a powerful unit, meaning..probably could push anything? Up to 8ohms?

I wouldn't go this far, but 45W is a lot of power output, surely suitable for most speakers. It looks like a push-pull design with 2x KT88 per channel. If that's the case, it should sound rather dynamic :)
