I don't want to step on my Omega II's to try though...

Will mine? Uh......no; probably, um....no.

...they'd be good for hands free waterskiing while listening with the boat as source, I guess.

Crap! My ms1 didn't pass the test!

It almost passed the headband twisting part but i'm sorry to say it had no chance when it came time to meet the bottom of my shoe

Why would Bose do that? If anything they want to hide from showing their poor durability and QC.
