Will these speakers be any good for music? (lt)

I'm looking to get a new set of speakers, and these seem to be fairly good ones:http://tinyurl.com/bmcrk - It says they're PC / console speakers, does this mean they aren't suited for playing music? If so, could anybody recommend a good pair of music speakers for roughly the same price?
