I'm looking to buy some cheap headphones, the Creative Aurvana Live! fulled sized, and I wanna make sure they will sound better than what I listen with right now which are turtle beach X1s (laugh it up, HiFi's lol) Im looking for the same amount of bass as my x1s but less muddy, better range and less distortion. I want pretty good clarity, but what im really looking for is smooth bass with a good range because I listen to dubstep with really low bass. I want less distortion because I also will listen to hardstyle with them and I don't want the synths to be distorted from the bass.
I did't go into to much detail because I am clearly an audio noob and want a general answer.

You won't find much audio specifications for the X1s since they are gaming headphones, not for music.
