will a GO VIBE V4 do justice to a hd650?

I don't think you'd notice a big improvement over a Cmoy, unless you got one with AD8397 opamp.

Thanks Fewtch, I'm so worried my super mini won't make the hd650s work right.
I've gone so broke buying cans, I can't get any decent amps!!

Well, to my ears (Go-Vibe vs. Pimeta), if you consider the Go-Vibe with regular opamps sounds similar to a Cmoy:

* Go-Vibe is lighter on bass and less full sounding than the Pimeta

However, the HD650 is pretty full on the bottom end (or so everyone reports) so I suspect you'll like the sound. It's also a high impedance headphone which should work well with an unbuffered amp like Cmoy or Go-Vibe.

I really think you'll probably like the combo... I always thought the HD580/600 had good synergy with unbuffered amps like Home-Vibe and Go-Vibe. You could do better of course, but out of all headphones the HD650 is probably one of the better matches because of its high impedance and bass fullness.
