The CK10, DBA-02, CK100Pro, GR01 and HF5 offers flattest frequency response and they are highly detailed in all frequency response.

I'd say HF5 is close to that list, but not the DBAs.  The B2s weren't near flat enough for me (I found the UE900s flatter, and they aren't flat :p).

My list: HF5 RE0 (or REZero)

As you can tell, I don't have too many IEMs that I would consider close enough to flat for me to call it as such.

What is your audio interpretation of flat?  Not very warm, no peaks, neutral sound, etc?

If you are considering the W4, I would suggest also looking into the UE 900 and reading this post.

Fitear F111. Very close sounding to the ER4s, but slighlty more musical. A more enjoyable neutrality than ER4s imo.

Other than that Heir Audio 4.Ai is also tuned for neutrality and according to many reviews they are indeed very good.
