Why is the META42 board shaped the way it is? Is it designed to fit a certain enclosure?

The Serpac H series comes to mind, but I've never used them before... Anybody have any pictures of a META42 fitting in the case it was designed to be fit into?

Yes, it's designed to fit the Pactec HML and Serpac cases.

Is there a case whose screw holes line
up with the mounting holes of the Meta board?

You mean the crossfeed mounting holes?

yup.

the meta is light enough to be mounted by the pot. the last two photos over here show it both hanging and with a linkwitz.
