Hi,

I was just wondering why headfi doesn't have a search function for it forums? Obviously it can be quite processor intensive for the server but i think headfi definetly needs one. It would save you soo much time and reduce the ammount of posts since all the newbie questions could be solved by simply searching for the right info.

it does have one, right next to the new posts and quick links butons. It's directly horizontal from user cp.

Search function? There IS a search function. At the top bar where User CP is located. There is even a search function for searching in a thread.

Head-fi has one of the best search features, well this board system has.

We could ask for people to use it every once in awhile.

Lol, I think Head-fi could do with a spell checker instead, I have to preview my post everytime because I always make spelling mistakes.

I use iespell for that purpose. Right click > Check Spelling > Submit Reply

I use google tool bar. Built-in spell checker.
