In the beginning it makes a really high screeching noise what causes that. I noticed that my logitech g930 didn't pick up that noise

Crappy ripped recording was set TOO LOUD inputlevel, now everytime a loud note is played it goes into Sound Clipping Distortion.
Crappy hp aren't sensitive enough to reproduce details hence muffled the noise impulses.

Will these type of sound ruin my iem?

No, its just sound distortion from the recording not the hp/iem.
If you set the volume too loud from any sound/music for the iem can't handle (see specs max. inputlevel/power handling}, the voice coil in the diaphragm will burnt/melt (and your ears popped)
