There's a minimum membership period and minimum post count that need to be met before the rest of the forum is unlocked to accounts because they're filtering for spambots. I think it's three weeks and 25 posts. You just need another 14 posts.

That's why I said you only needed 14 more posts, ie, because I saw you already fulfilled one requirement.
 
Also that rule was put in place sometime after you joined. Either you work your way up to the minimum posts or you try to contact a moderator to grant you an exception.

Right, that's why. Your explanation kind of made no sense, like at all without that information. Okay, weird rule and even weirder execution, but whatever.
