This is routine. People hack
into other's email accounts
and send out virus email.
I refuse to open any binary file
that's around 120 kb and sent as
an attachment to an email. I've
actually recieved one of these from my
email address!

A friend of mine had a worm virus on his machine for a while. I kept getting the virus from him, but they always showed as coming from somebody I never heard of, or from the "postmaster" as a return undeliverable message that I never sent.
