Hey guys,
 
I was planning to spend some money and i have it within my grasps to get either of the two listed players. My problem is I want to figure out which is best for me, and not just which on paper seems the best.
 
I see in the specifications that the AK120ii has DualDAC's and only 100mAh more juice in it's battery. But it also is rated for the same battery life as the AK100ii. 
 
I would appreciate any advice or experience anyone can offer. Thank you

Right, but I am specifically asking about the newer versions. I had a RWAK100 but was hoping for something balanced now that it's become more commonplace.

I chose the AK120ii as I got a good deal and it had a more powerful balanced output for my angles.  But I think the AK100ii is the better bargain given the list prices.
 
Coming from the AK100 series, these new units are amazing:  much better UI, wireless streaming, balanced output, and much bigger/better screen.

Got a RWAK120ii and loving it, can discuss more at a later time but wanted to just check in.
