well since you already have E4, theres no point in getting these. If you are looking for cheap, get the Koss ksc75. If you are looking for earbuds, Yuin PK1, PK2, or PK3. If you are looking for cheap and earbuds, the mx 400 is ok, which I have right now. Dont know about the 51

I agree with M2. With the kit you have there is no point in buying either of those. I have the MX400 and used them a lot before I knew better, they stay untouched at the bottom of a drawer now. Better than no-name unbranded earbuds that come free with budget players, but not by much.

thanks for the recomendation ! the senn mx400 is for my wifey coz she donesnt like pricey phones. anyway i am also eyein g on those YUINs. Hmmmmm... thanks anyways

mx500 is better than mx400, however its more difficult to drive. i once plug my mx500 into my friend's diy hd580 tube amp. they sound fantastic! i can;t even tell the difference between this earbugs and the full size 580.
