Which sound card has the best optical out?

I was just wondering if there were any opinions on this
or if it actually mattered. I was basically wondering if
anyone had any thoughts on the best sound card that
has an optical out (or coax if optical isn't available)
that is considered one of high quality.

I highly doubt you'll notice any difference between optical outs, but nonetheless- ESI Juli@, E-MU 1212m

Thanks for reply. I've looked at the EMUs a few times
but I didn't check out the Juli@ until this morning. All
I can say is: WOW! It looks like a work of art & I guess
it sounds pretty good too.
