Which portable amp?

I'm looking to aqcuire my first amp, whether I buy it from FS forums or a DIY. I need suggestions on which one to get/make. I will be using it for portable uses and at home. I am looking to pay around $50 for one, whether in parts or one that is already constructed. I will be using it to power my Shure E2Cs, HD201s, and (most likely) my future KSC-75s. I have heard good things about cmoys; what about other cheap amps?

Please note the source would be my little Samsung headphone out, which I think is underpowered, hence the need for an amp. I also would probably get another DAP, maybe the Creative Zen Sleek or the next Rio Karma during Christmas, so yeah.

I paid a bit more than your budget for a mint. Supposed to be a step up from a CMoy, and I don't regret it at all. I refuse to listen to music w/o the amp now ;p.

check the for sale forum board here. there are all sorts of amps there for your needs that sound good & are your budget. meta 42's, pimetas, mints, etc.
