Which one out of the three is the best

Don't know the two others, but the D1000 -although sounding quite well- is a bit too expensive IMO. That overall performance can be easely found at about 60$ (e.g. AKG K518, AT SJ5 as closed alternatives).

ive tried a dr150 and RP21

RP21 > DR150
