The problem with today's TOTL headphones is that manufacturers are constantly releasing new and improved versions of their products. In 10 years todays high end headphones will sell for middle class money.

In ten years they will have micro nano-bot robot musicians which will play small acoustic instruments (3D printed) in small chambers outside your ears. Each performance will take place just like a live symphony......mistakes and all. No one performance will be exactly the same.

In 2030 all our old headphone gear will sit in the closet next to the other outdated old gear we never use.
