Hello,

I am looking to buy new earphones for around $100.
I had Sennheiser CX 400 II but due to the low wire quality, they broke.
I looked at Klipsch image s4 and found out that it offers great sound quality but the cable is not very strong.

So, i need earphones which are comfortable, strong and offer good sound quality.

Thanks

It sounds to me like you need a Phonak Audeo Perfect Fit Earphone. It offers very good sound quality,  build is very good & they are extremely comfortable you don't even know you have them on.

Since you budget is $100 you can purchase the Perfect Bass version for only $89.

I can clearly recommened these because I own them and i'm very happy with them. Very good sound quality across the spectrum but with some extra bass, and extremely light & comfortable you don't even know you have them on.

for $60, you can get a pair of brainwavz m2's or the newer m3's for a bit more, best bang for the buck, after experiencing these, I realized just how crappy my sennheiser's cables were

How different is the sound quality compared to sennheiser cx 400ii?

thanks

I haven't heard the CX400, but if they're similar to the C300, I might be of assistance. compared to the CX300II they're worlds better, the CX300's are infamous for booming bloated low quality bass while the M2 is bass emphasized but it manages to remain clear at the same time.
