Currently have an iPhone 6s and listening with westone UM2. But travel is in my future so I am looking at a air of noise canceling headphones. Senn Momentum2, Senn pxc550, Bose QC35  or sony MDR1000. Since the iPhone has neither aptx or LDAC (the sony variant), I am wondering if anyone feels that another device would provide better sound with either of these headphones.. My sources are mp3 encoded with lame from cds, flac, and tidal. The genres I prefer are acoustic and vocal. DAPs I have read about include the Onkyo DP-X1,AR M20, Opus#2, Sony WM1A, Sony ZX2. 
 
I know this may be heretical to people who listen with Senn 800s or HiFiman 10000s through silver wires, so please don't hate me.
