I considered the musical fidelity m1dac, however concerned that it does not output to 192khz over usb. i would need to buy a usb to SPDIF convertor. the meridian explorer does, however i would need to buy a 3.5" to single ended male cable. would this degrade SQ? is there someone with such a setup using the line out of the meridian?
