Hi there,
I would need some advice. Based on the comments and reviews from this forum, I upgraded my Westone 4 for a pair of fiteartogo 334, an my DX100 for an AK240. All of it thanks to the tips and advice I got here !

Now I would have liked to get some customs in ear. Ideally I would have continued with fitear, but apparently, unless you get the ear moulds in Japan or in HongKong, they will not build them for you.
So I have looked a few reviews and I am thinking of two options:
1)      Purchase JH CIEM (Roxanne or else) or from another supplier (any suggestion ?)
2)      If that is feasible, just use Westone custom molded CIEM to add to my current fitear334.
I am livingin Europe, and since you cannot test CIEM before purchase, I could use some help.
I am not interested  in customization, I do not care about how fancy the CIEM will look, I am only interested in how they sound and how comfortable they are.
Any tips for me ?

Regards,
Erik

I guess from your comment regarding lack of interest in visual appearance that you are aware of Noble. The kings of bling! I share your disinterest but they do have a very good line up of CIEM's.

Based on the information gathered so far, I think that if I had a choice I would take:

1) Fitear mh335 but as I understood there is no way for someone not living in Japan or near an authorized dealer in Asia to get them. It is weird for a niche company like that to exclude US and Europe from their CIEM market.

2) Noble Audio Kaiser 10, I should probably go to their affiliated audiologist the next time I am travelling to London (at least she would be a specialist, unless I can find one specialized in music CIEM closer to home in Geneva Switzerland)

3) JH Roxanne (again I would need to make the moulds for the CIEM in the Geneva area.

Anyone knows a good audiologist in Switzerland ? :-D

Pfff you really have to work for your CIEM...
