I bought my ER4Ps from eBay. Everything's fine, except I can't find any documentation for my warranty

If my phones ever get broke, how do I claim warranty for them?

I did the same thing, had the same question and called'em. (Etymotics that is) They told me the warranty is one year, they do not include a warranty card, and that leaves them the option of taking care of you after the year is up. Sort of like having a longer warranty without legalily stating it or being bound to it.

Give'em a quick call, the peace of mind is well worth it... Enjoy !

Yes Etymotic has a very liberal warranty policy. In some cases they will repair, replace and test for free.

All transducers are matched, tested and filed for future reference.
They probably would mail you the test results if you like.

I say Go Etymotic
