I always wanted to ask this but it may sounds stupid. When I wanted to ground my amplifier or DAC to wall socket, it makes a lot of background noises (hisses, buzzing etc) and end up just leave it as it is. I suspect that my house electrical have something wrong, since even when I open up fluorescent light it makes an audible buzzing noises

Is there any other place I can ground them? Or should I just leave it alone?

It depends .........

You'll probably be better just leaving it, with the circuit ground 'floating'.

Any exposed metal casework should be grounded to mains ground, for safety, but it should be isolated from signal ground.

HOW and IF you connect the two really depends on the construction of the amp itself.
