Where to get these dampers?

I want to buy one of the VTS Original Octal Tube Dampers:

I called up the phone number and was told that they no longer make them. Does anybody know where I might be able to get one, or does anybody have one they would be willing to sell me? I need the larger of the two sizes.

Does it have to be something like it? Would a Herbies Halo work?

Probably but I have read a review here on head-fi comparing the halo to the octal tube damper, and the octal tube damper reduced microphonics noticeably more than a halo. And the tube I would be getting it for is pretty darn microphonic.
