Hiya. I'm new here and am interested in getting a META42 unit that's already built. I have 3 questions: Is crossfeed available?; how much should I expect to spend for an assembled unit; and who are the recommended sources for them?

I have done some searches of the Head-Fi archived threads on these questions, but the sheer number of hits I get when looking for META42 info is simply overwhelming. So, I apologize if my questions are re-treading familiar ground. I appreciate any insight you can give me. thanks. tobor

Did you look in the "Mall-Fi" forum?

The mall-fi forum works. Also, you can directly contact JMT, Tangent, or eric343. They'll be able to answer specific pricing and feature info.

Thanks for the replies. I came to an agreement in principle with KurtW for him to build one of his DIYFSE blue portable META42's with a couple of customized options.

I must've been asleep when this new abbreviation came out...

DIYFSE... Obviously Do It Yourself... but, the FSE??

Thanks

DIYFSE=Do It Yourself For Somebody Else

(i.e., for the technically challenged, like me).
