Retail prices are uniform for new ones - Grado doesn't allow dealers to discount prices. If you're set on a new pair, buy from HeadRoom or TTVJ. Both are Head-Fi sponsors and offer excellent sales and service.
If you're willing to buy used, check the For Sale Forum here or Audiogon. I've seen them sell as low as $600, but they usually go around $700.

Pretty much what Uncle Erik said. I'd check audiogon and here. They come up for sale enough to where you wouldn't have to wait too long.
