I would like to buy one end plate for my hammond case (1455T2201BK) but only see them in packs of 10 on mouser and digikey. Are they sold as single pieces anywhere?

Ditto. If you truly messed one up through drilling or something else - or you lost it, call Hammond. Be honest with them ... I'll bet they send you some spares.
