Where do you use your PCDP/DAP?

I'm doing a report on portable audio, and was wondering if you could help me by telling me where you mainly use you portable audio player, and if it's cd or dap based.

School and on walks. So mostly when I am walking places.
It's MD based, I hope that doesn't render my information pointless.

I think I use it at school most. I also use it on the bus and long trips.

I'd say mine is used mostly during commutes to and from campus. Coming up second I'd say I use it while on campus, but all too often I'm with someone else, so it's off then. So put me down for "on the train" or commuting.

It's an iPod by the way.

I use my DAP when i am on my back porch like Luke, oh also when i have study hall at school.

I use my 2000 before I go to bed when everybody else is asleep...that's the only time I use my headphones too

most recently I've been using my PCDP's optical out to feed into the optical input of my Grace 901 and that setup is sitting in the living room.

otherwise I only use my PCDP when I am traveling to japan on the ~10 hour flight (per way) I take every summer and winter. I don't usually listen to music outside my place.
