Where can I get a custom shelf?

Is there any place onlne where I can get a very simple shelf cut to my specifications? Basically just looking for a slab of wood cut to a specific size. I would pay extra for finished wood. All the places I've found tend to build fancier shelves and charge more. Any input would be appreciated.

go to your local building store, and have them do it. Most of them have a nice large table saw that you can have them use to cut material to size for you for free. That way you'll end up paying just for the material.
