Where can I find cheap but quality made PC ?

I looking for cheap ( ~$10 ) but quality made PC ( better than the usual 18AWG PC that can be found in any electronics store ).
Oh, and another thing, It should be available online.

Jump on the group Quail power cord purchase. They're going for around $12 each. Not sure how long you'd have to wait though.

Not sure what cheap means to you, we all have our own thoughts on that one!

I am very pleased with my Signal Cable PC, and would do business with Frank again, should I need another affordable PC.
