So, I may as well write what I'll say to them itt.

Hi. So I got your product and there's a few things which make the interface unusable, which could be easily fixed. I several thousand albums and artists in this thing, and over 30,000 songs, and it takes forever for it to scroll. If it was separated by the first letter of the alphabet, and then the artist or album or song, then that would make it extremely easier to browse the files. Also, it would be wonderful if this thing had scrobbling capability. But yeah, it takes a very, very long time to even scroll through the artists. I would very much appreciate if you released a patch to fix this, thank you.

Fiio keep an eye on the Fiio head-fi threads, so you can simply post your message there and there is a good chance a Fiio representative may respond:

I am confused. How are you scrolling through your music? Are you using the different catagories like artist section, genre section, or are you just using the file browser?

I am using the file browser. My file browser is set up by genre (in which there's only about 20) > artist > album > track. This is how I organize my music on my home computer, and it admittedly is a very easy way to access my music. Unfortunately, the track title is often obscured by a lot of extraneous words, such as the artist name - album title - track title; so it takes the text a few seconds to scroll past so you can see the song title.

Well you need to fix all your music tags and titles then. Its not the software fault if the music is labeled wrong in the title. There really is no fix for that untill you fix the issue with how each file is titled.

Maybe someone here can suggest a program to help you fix the issues easy. I use music bee and dbpoweramp for my music needs now I got rid of my ipods.
