Hello all,

I've had my ETY's (4S) since August and am beginning to think I'm hearing a degradation in sound quality. It may just all be in my head but I'm wondering if it's the filters.

Can you visually tell that the filters need to be changed?

They don't look clogged. They still seem green and I can still see the grid pattern on them. Any thoughts?

Mine didn't seem to degrade - they just stopped letting sound in one day.

One piece of advice - DO NOT WEAR THEM AFTER HAVING A SHOWER - You will almost certainly render them useless without a filter change.

Try changing them.

The cost is so small and you will know for sure. If it isnt the filters then you can look for another ptobem and know that you have many more months ahead of good listening through the Etys.
