You can't listen to headphones all the time, can you? I have Paradigm Titans in my bedroom. I have two pairs of Audio Concepts B-Flat wallspeakers in the wall and ceiling of my family room. I have 2 pairs of Bose outdoor speakers and one pair of Advent Calypso speakers on my deck and wrap around porch. I have a pair of Pinnacle speakers in my garage.

Let's see - ok, I still have an old (~ 1983) pair of Canton Quinto 510 (small three-way design, closed), which serve as the "wide-range" speakers in the computer rig - for gaming purposes there's an additional pair of comparatively new JBL Control 1G Universe for nearfield listening. On the other rig, I have one (of totally four we had built ~ 1987) pair of genuine Gessner Mini prototypes (nice little closed two-way design with a Seas 5" polypropylene bass/midrange plus a custom ITT polycarbonate tweeter - it only needs one capacitor for the crossover, a very good match...) and a pair of JM Lab Opal 607 (also fairly new, two-way bass-reflex design, comparatively large for bookshelf speakers). Nevertheless, I rarely listen to any of those (well, I don't even listen to headphones a lot, because of this *%&$§ forum!

).

I own Yamaha NS-1000Ms, and even when I'm listening to my Stax lambda's, I still own them!.
