Mine's 0445.

I ask because I just saw these pics...

...and my ER-6i definitely didn't come in that package. It came in one about twice the size, and I didn't get a zippered pouch either, but a smaller velcro one.

ER-6is at the Apple Store come in a similar package as shown in the picture.

I bought my etys recently from J&R...did I get NOS or something?

Those are 6s, though.
Anyway mine's 0451, and it came in that smaller package.

i got mine from J&R also and it was like yours. mine is much older though.

Mine also say 0513 -- can't be a serial number, maybe a lot #? [edit: ahhh, sinbios has figured out the date code, I think]

The 6is I bought very recently from buy.com came in the package pictured (described a "pillow pack"). They came with a zippered case, but it's pleather, not nylon like the one shown with the 6s in the top pic, and it has "ETYMOTIC RESEARCH" stamped on it (not the url & not in red).
