What's better, the Sony mdr v6 or the Sony MDR7506

So I just wanna use this for my practice amplified at my home when I play guitar. I like how it has a coiled wired and it's supposedly built to last, but I guess I have pedantic concerns with the sound differences between the two, because I doubt there's much different in them build wise, except the MDR7506 costs a little less.
 
Or, if you have any other headphones suggestions in this price range that would be better, I would be open to suggestions. I don't think anything will beat that coiled wire though, because I am retiring my old sennheiser headphones I have been using because the chord is way too long to be laying on my floor and gets tangled.
